1. Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

- For exchanges of items that were damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
